Rickert & Associates works to ensure proper installation practices with all of our projects.  While care and maintenance are the responsibility of the homeowner, we provide simplified and easy to follow care instructions upon project completion.  Our extended staff also includes Michigan Certified Nurserymen, who are available to answer any of your care or maintenance questions. 

Plants installed by us are normally guaranteed for one year from the time of planting.  Hydrospray lawn installations are not guarantied, but should damaged occur, from heavy rain or other acts of nature, our “Lawn Repair Agreement” provides weather-related repairs with a reduced minimum fee up to a maximum charge per occurrence.  While we cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, this is one way Rickert & Associates works to help share the cost of these uncontrollable events.  Please refer to your contract for complete limited plant warranty and reseed agreement information, or contact our office.
